What is data rollover?
Glad you asked! Sometimes called ‘data banking’, it’s where your unused monthly data allowance ‘rolls over’ to the next month for you to use. For example, if you have 30GBs per month, and you only use 18GBs then you rollover 12GBs - so in the next month, your total available data is 42GBs.
It’s like a savings account, but for your data. Available on selected plans only.
What can I rollover?
The base data on eligible plans will rollover. Data boosts, international roaming data, and any bonus data will not rollover.
How can I get it?
Rollover is available on selected plans only, which are available in the mobile app for customers, or available on our website if you’re not already with us.
How much can I rollover?
You can keep rollin’ up to a massive 500GBs!
Which data gets used first?
Your data allowance is used in the following order. Starting with any bonus data, then any boosts you have purchased, then any other add-ons, then your rollover, and finally base data.
How can I check the balance of my rollover?
You will find your total data balance (including rollover where applicable) in your awesome Circles Life mobile app.
Will my rollover expire?
Nope. That’s how we roll ;)
What if I change plans or telcos?
If you upgrade your plan to one that also has rollover, then you keep on rollin’ baby. If you downgrade your plan to one with (or without rollover) then you will forfeit your rollover balance. Similarly, if you leave Circles (we hope you never do!) but your forfeit your rollover balance.
