What will my bill look like when I upgrade my plan?

If you’re upgrading your plan, the upgrade will take effect within the next hour. Adjustments / charges will be reflected on your upcoming bill.

After that, your bills will just be based on your new plan and any additional usages from the month before. For your convenience, all existing paid add-ons i.e10GB for $10 or IDD add-ons will be automatically transferred to your new plan.

For example:

Aleksandra is on a 20GB Plan at $28 per month and upgrades to a 100GB Plan on 21 June 2022.

The 100GB Plan is $30 per month.

Here’s what their next bill will look like:

• Pro-rated bill for their new plan for the remaining days in the request month (June)
• Add: Full bill for their new plan for the following month (July)
• Less: Pro-rated bill for their old plan up until the day they confirmed their upgrade

Monthly Plan Subscription

June 2022 (pro-rated bill for new plan) = $30 / 30 days x 10 days = $10

July 2022 (full bill for new plan) = $30

Adjustments

Refund Advance Charge (unused portion of old plan) = $28 / 30 days x 10 days = $9.33

Total Bill Amount

Total Bill Amount = $10 + $30 - $9.33 = $30.67
