Upgrading via the Circles Life mobile app
Only eligible customers will be able to see the option to upgrade*. During this process, you’ll also see any eligible promotions that are available for you. The promotion will be automatically applied when you upgrade to that particular plan. Please note that the promotion of the new plan will replace any remaining bonuses/waivers you have on your existing plan.
*New customers can only upgrade 1 month after they’ve activated their SIM card. Existing customers can only upgrade once a month. Customers on the highest base plan (250GB) will not be able to upgrade.
