How can I get the detailed usage logs for my Call/SMS/Data?

You can download your usage logs through our Circles.Life App > Billing > Usage Logs* (use your mobile device to open the link)

*Please update your app if you don't see the Usage Logs section in the app

You can choose to download your usage logs for Call, SMS, and Data. The file will be sent to your registered email and can be downloaded for up to 24 hours.

    Hi I do not use my sim in my mobile phone ,

    how can i see my  Data usage ,as i cannot use the mobile app?

    Are you able to tell me billing cycle date 0403800418?

    Why I had been charged pay as you go, I saw I had 4.5GB in the 31/DEC/2022 left, I don’t know why over change me 2.5GB pay as you go?
    Can you check the number 0478586984, and give me the details?
