Encountered an issue with Voicemail?
Try resetting your Voicemail account by disabling and enabling voicemail via the Circles.Life app and make sure to complete all 3 parts of the tutorial:
- New PIN
- Name Recording
- Greeting.
Please note that:
- Only customers on new plans are able to access Voicemail services.
- Your Circles.Life app version must be 6.48 and above to access voicemail.
