Taking a break from Australia? You can suspend your Circles.Life number while you’re at it so you’re not paying for the full plan price while you’re not using it!
For new plans (purchased after 7 Oct 2021)
- Suspensions can be scheduled on a monthly basis and are available at no extra cost for the first request. New plans can only suspend your line for up to 3 months.
For old plans (purchased before 7 Oct 2021)
- For old plans and subsequent requests, you’ll be charged $10 (flat fee), which will be charged upfront when you submit a suspension request. This fee is non-refundable.
- Old plans* can only suspend your line for up to 12 months.
