What happens if my Voicemail mailbox is full?

If your Voicemail Mailbox is full, callers will not be able to leave messages. You have to log into the mailbox to delete messages and restore some capacity to receive new messages. Find out more about managing your Voicemail messages here.

Under what conditions will my Voicemail mailbox expire?

If your Voicemail mailbox has not been used in over 120 days, it will be deleted. A Voicemail mailbox is considered inactive if both conditions apply:

• You have not received Voicemail messages in over 120 days
• You have not retrieved Voicemail messages in over 120 days

If one of these actions are performed within the 120 days, the timer for deletion resets.

If your Voicemail mailbox has been deleted, you can reach out to our Customer Happiness Experts to reactivate it. You will not be able to access any old messages with the reactivation and you will need to reconfigure your Voicemail Mailbox using the Voicemail tutorial once reactivated.

Can I recover my deleted Voicemail messages?

Once the call ends, any messages that have been requested to be deleted during the call cannot be recovered.
