Diverts on busy: 67

Divert when no answer: 61

Only diverts when no coverage: 62

All calls: 21 (all calls without your mobile ringing at all, this is recommended if roaming overseas)

To manage diversions, follow the instructions below:

Add diversion: ** (divert code) * (target phone number) # (press call)

Remove diversion: ## (code from above) # (press call)

Check diversion: # (code from above) # (press call)

*Please note that if you dial this number while roaming overseas, it will be classified as a roaming call and you will be charged accordingly.

If unconditional diversions are not set when roaming overseas:

If a received call is diverted to Voicemail because you did not answer or because your phone was busy, you will be charged the roaming call rate for the applicable zone to divert the caller back to your Voicemail box in Australia.

To minimize international call rate charges, you can set an unconditional (All calls) diversion to Voicemail, so that all incoming calls are sent directly to your Voicemail rather than to your number during roaming.
