Setting up Voicemail Mailbox

1. Dial 321. Your initial PIN will be the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number.

Calling from a touch tone phone? 
Dial 133 321. In this case, enter your full mobile number followed immediately by #. Then, enter your PIN followed by #.

2. Dial 8 to access User Options. In User Options, you need to follow the dial prompts to set up your new PIN, Name Recording and Greeting.

• Dial 2 - Name Recording
• Dial 4 - Greeting
• Dial 7 - Change your code (Setting new PIN)

For your new PIN, you will need to reset it to a number of your choice with a minimum of 4 numbers to a maximum of 9 numbers.

3. Complete all 3 parts of the tutorial: New PIN, Name Recording and Greeting. 

If you fail to complete, your Voicemail box will not be set up and you will not receive any Voicemail messages.

4. Set your diversions to Voicemail. Without setting diversions, calls cannot go to Voicemail even if it has been set up.

Add diversion: ** (divert code) * 321 # (press call)

Divert codes

• All conditional (busy, no reply and no coverage): 004
• Diverts on busy: 67
• Divert when no answer: 61
• Only diverts when no coverage: 62
• All calls: 21 (all calls without your mobile ringing at all, this is recommended if you are roaming overseas)
