Managing my Voicemail messages

Within Australia

From mobile: Dial 321

From a touch tone phone: Dial 133 321

At the prompt, enter your full mobile number followed immediately by #. Then, enter your 4 to 9 digit PIN followed by #.

1. Your messages will be played back in the order of newest to oldest.

At the end of each new message you will be given the option to save, delete or replay the message, or return the call from the voicemail box.

2. Press 9 to exit the system.

*Once the call ends, any messages that have been requested to be deleted cannot be recovered.

Overseas

Dial [phone]*

At the prompt, enter your full mobile number followed immediately by #. Then, enter your 4 to 9 digit PIN followed by #.

1. Your messages will be played back in the order of newest to oldest.

At the end of each new message you will be given the option to save, delete or replay the message, or return the call from the voicemail box.

2. Press 9 to exit the system.

*Once the call ends, any messages that have been requested to be deleted cannot be recovered.

*Please note that if you dial this number while roaming overseas, it will be classified as a roaming call and you will be charged accordingly.

OR

Send a 'Blank' SMS or an SMS containing the letter 'A' to 321 and the Voicemail platform will initiate an outdial that will deliver any stored messages.
