Once you have received your Circles.Life SIM card, simply head to Circles.Life > Activate SIM
1. Login using your Date of Birth, and Circles.Life Phone Number or Order ID
2. Provide the OTP code sent to the email address you provided when you signed up.
This code is valid for 5 minutes. You can copy and paste for accurate entry!

If you have signed up for a new number
- Click on the "Activate SIM Card" button on this page.
- Enter the 6-digit OTP code sent to the Contact Number you provided when you signed up
- New number activation should only take a few minutes!
If you have chosen to transfer your existing number from another provider
- Click on the "Initiate Port-In" button to start the Number Transfer process.

Enter the 6-digit OTP code sent to the number that you want to transfer from your previous telco.
- Insert your previous telco SIM card into a mobile phone
- The number must still be active with your previous telco, not suspended or terminated; otherwise please contact your previous telco to request SIM replacement or line reconnection.
- Once you have initiated the process, it will take between 4 to 48 hours for your number to be transferred, depending on a few factors and you can check out this article for details.
4. Continue to use your old SIM card until the Activation or Number Transfer process is complete.
We’ll send you updates via email and text (to the email and number that you provided when you signed up). You’ll also know when the activation is successful when your old SIM card stops working.
5. You should then switch to using your new Circles.Life SIM card and download the Circles.Life app on your phone. Sounds like you’re good to go!
Don’t worry - your billing will only start once your number has been successfully transferred.
