You don't need to receive our SIM card in person!
If you’re not at your delivery address, it’s all good - our delivery partner will just drop it off somewhere safe. However, this varies depending on the type of courier you have selected.
- For OnDemand (4 hours window delivery), they can leave the parcel on the mailbox. But if there's none, they will make another attempt of delivery the following day within the same time window.
- For AU post, by default it will be left in the Post Office unless you indicated specific delivery instructions during sign up
Alternatively, you can also leave a note for our partner during your signup if you want your SIM card left in a different location at your delivery address!
