No, you won’t need to change your SIM card. This applies to all Circles Life customers, whether you’re on a physical SIM or eSIM. You should experience minimal to no interruptions to your service during the transfer process to ensure a smooth experience.
With this change, what do I need to do now?
Absolutely nothing!
For now, there is no change to your plan or account. The first change will be your mobile service supplier, and later your plan. You will remain on a Circles Life plan until you receive further communication from amaysim.
In the coming months, you will receive a communication directly from amaysim with an overview of the amaysim plan that best matches your current plan. It will also include information about the timings of when your plan migration will take place.
