When and how will the transition from Circles Life to amaysim happen?

Will my service change immediately?

The transfer of your service to amaysim will not happen immediately, Circles Life will provide you information via email/SMS and amaysim will confirm when your transfer has been completed. To ensure you receive the information you need, please check all your contact details with Circles Life are up to date.

When will the transfer be completed? / When are the changes happening?

The change of service provider is scheduled starting 20th Feb 2025. During this time, you will receive an announcement from amaysim confirming the completion of the change.

Step 1: Your mobile service provider will change, but everything else will remain the same.

Step 2: You’ll be migrated to an amaysim plan unless you decide to opt out.

How will I be notified about updates in this process? Will I expect emails from Circles Life or amaysim?
