That’s so annoying, but don’t fret! You can order a replacement SIM card and get it delivered as soon as on the same day (if available).
Please note that your Circles.Life service will be automatically suspended from the moment you reorder a new SIM card until you activate it. This is to prevent any misuse on the SIM card that was lost or stolen.
Reorder your SIM as quickly as possible to avoid any fraudulent activity with your lost SIM card (any usage between the loss of your SIM and the moment you suspend your line is chargeable).
Here’s how to order a new SIM card:
1. Go to our website and login with your date of birth and Order ID/Circles.Life phone number.
2. Enter the OTP code sent to your email address to completely login, please note that it's only valid for 2 minutes.
3. Select your Circles.Life number, enter your ID number and hit "Report and Schedule Delivery"
4. Fill in the delivery details and click on “Schedule Delivery"
5. Sit back and relax - your new SIM card will be delivered to you shortly!
If you lost your SIM abroad, report the lost SIM by logging in to your account through our website and get your new SIM delivered when you're back!

Please note that there will be a SIM replacement fee* of $10 for your new SIM card. This charge will be reflected in your next bill.
