Sometimes life gets in the way but don't worry we've got your back. There are two ways you can get your account activated again.
1. Ensure that your credit/debit card has sufficient funds so that we can make a full deduction of all your outstanding bills during our next attempt to deduct payment. We attempt to deduct payment daily after failure.
2. You can also use the Pay Now option in the Circles.Life app > View Upcoming Bills to re-initiate a payment anytime to clear your outstanding bills.
If you need to update your credit/debit card details, you can do so in the Circles.Life app > View Upcoming Bills
Your account should be active again within two working days of clearing your outstanding payments. Please note that your account may not be reactivated after successful payment if you still have more than 3 months worth of outstanding invoices.
