How do I pay my bill if my previous payment failed?

You can use the Pay Now function to clear your outstanding bills! This is available in the Circles.Life app > Bills

All you need to do is to click on the ‘Pay now’ button you’ll see at the top of your Bills screen. 

Before you hit the button, make sure that your card is valid and has sufficient balance. You can update your card details or update your Automatic Payments preference in the Circles.Life app > View Upcoming Bills.

Please note that your Circles.Life service may be at risk of suspension if payment has not been made within 10 working days from the date of invoice.
