At the beginning of each month, we disable the Pay Now button as we generate your monthly bill. When we attempt to auto-deduct payment for your next bill, we will also attempt to deduct payment for any other outstanding payments.
If you are unable to use the Pay Now button, that means we’re still working on the above, so check back in a few days! Once your bill is available, the Pay Now button will appear again for you to make a manual payment if you wish to.
If you are experiencing this issue outside the billing period (eg. the middle or end of the month), it may be due to scheduled maintenance. Please be patient with us!
