What are the additional charges on my invoice? Why is my invoice higher than I expected? Why is my invoice more than I expected?

Below is a list of potential charges you could incur as per the Product CIS. All will appear on your invoice. 

• Boost (charged to your credit card immediately upon activation)
  Charged full amount to your card immediately upon activation. There will not be any proration for this charge. This will be reflected in your next bill.
• One-Time Charges
  May be any of the following: Number change fee, suspension fee, debit adjustments, etc. This will be reflected in your next bill.
• Add-ons 
  Customers on the old 8GB, 20GB, 100GB plans with recurring IDD and Data Add-ons. This will be charged and reflected in your next bill.
• Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)
  Data usage exceeding that of your Base Plan. This will be charged and reflected in your next bill.
• International Charges
  This includes IDD & Global SMS made and received while in Australia. This will be charged and reflected in your next bill.
• Roaming
  Charges for Data, Talktime & SMS usage while roaming outside of Australia. This will be charged and reflected in your next bill.
