You should receive your bill in the first week of every month. You should see up to 6 sections:
- Outstanding Balance
- Monthly Plan Subscription
- Recurring add-ons
- Additional Usage (Billing Period)
- Adjustments
- Payment received
Outstanding Balance
This section includes any outstanding bills that you may have incurred previously. To prevent disruptions to your service, we recommend you pay all bills promptly.
Month Plan Subscription
This section includes your base plan subscription. You can check out all our current available plans on our website here.
Recurring add-ons
This section includes recurring add-ons that you have bought previously. Do note that add-ons are renewed monthly.
Additional Usage
This section includes additional services you may have used in your previous month. The services can include:
- Pay-as-you-go
- International Calls & Global SMS
- Roaming
- Data Boosts
Adjustments
This section includes discounts or waivers from our promotions and any other bill adjustments that you may have from the previous months.
Payment made
This section includes payments that you have made previously or have made in advance. Typically, this happens when you purchase an add-on for the first time and a charge will be made to your card upon purchase. You will see the add-on as well as the payment you have made for the next bill.
All bills follow Sydney Time(AEST/AEDT)
