Can I change my data roaming cap or is it fixed?

You can change your Data Roaming Cap anytime right from the Circles.Life app > Roaming > Data Roaming Cap. Please note that if you want to increase your Cap to $600, you’ll need to reach out to us and pass through verification measures.

• Roaming is available for all new plans purchased AFTER 7 October 2021.
• If you are on the old Monthly Plan purchased BEFORE 7 October 2021:
  • Roaming is only available on the 20GB and 100GB Monthly Plan. It is not available on the 8GB Monthly Plan. For more information, refer to these FAQs.
