Your Data Roaming Cap allows you to avoid nasty surprises at the end of your trip by limiting the Data Roaming expenses in a given month that is authorised by you.
It is capped at $300 by default, which means that you cannot spend more than $300 on Data Roaming in a given month.
If you'd like to increase your Data Roaming Cap to $600, please reach out to us. Note that you’ll need to pass an authentication step and we reserve the right to reject any request for a $600 cap based on your credit history.
Note that other types of roaming expense (SMS or calls for example) are not included in the Data Roaming Cap. In that case, please make the relevant payment by using the Pay Now functionality in order to be able to resume using non-included services. Your credit usage will reset and you will be able to continue roaming after you make the relevant payment. Your roaming usage will not reset until the end of the month.

Roaming is available for all new plans purchased AFTER 7 October 2021.
If you are on the old Monthly Plan purchased BEFORE 7 October 2021:
Roaming is only available on the 20GB and 100GB Monthly Plan. It is not available on the 8GB Monthly Plan. For more information, refer to these FAQs.
