Do I need to cancel my service if I port-out to another provider?
No. If you port-out your number to another provider your service with us will automatically be cancelled. You will be liable to pay the full invoice covering the month you port-out, we do not pro-rata your final invoice.
What do I need to cancel or terminate a service?
All telcos are required to validate your identity in order to cancel or terminate a service, so you will be asked questions and may need to provide ID. Additionally we will require a one-time password (OTP) which will be sent to the service to also confirm your authority to manage the service.
When will my service be terminated?
All service cancellations will be effective at 11:00 pm AEST/AEDT on the last day of the month. You will receive a confirmation email once your service has been successfully terminated.
