Managing my account and plan

Depending on what you’re looking to do, there are 2 ways you can manage your account and plan.

If you want to update your credit card details or email address, you can do that right from the Circles.Life app. The app will also give you the ability to track your usage and get bill estimates so you’ll never get bill shocks again!

If you want to do things like activate your SIM card, initiate the transfer of your number, or request for a scheduled suspension of your number, just head to our website and log into your account using your date of birth and Circles.Life phone number.
