Why did my SIM card with my previous provider stop working?

There may be some minor service disruption when your number is being switched over from your current provider to Circles.Life. But don't fret, because this is totally normal! Your number will need to be deactivated by your current provider first before we can transfer it to Circles.Life. It shouldn't last too long at all and that actually means that the transfer is in the final stages!

Once you receive your SIM card and initiate your number transfer, your number will be transferred within 4 - 48 business hours. Please head here for more details as this will defer depending on when you initiate the transfer and from which provider you're currently with.
