You’ll only need to provide us with your current telco account number if you’re requesting to transfer your postpaid number to Circles.Life.
You can typically find this account number on your monthly bills from your current telco.
If you are doing a number transfer from Telstra Postpaid:
- If you are on Upfront Mobile Plans, your account number will be your customer account number from your app (10 digits)
- If you are on non-Upfront plans (legacy or old plans), your account number will be your billing account number from your invoice (13-14 digits)
