I’m not getting coverage in lifts, basements or hospitals. Why is that?

Getting no coverage can be annoying! Here are some common places you might have issues, and some explanations as to why the coverage might be poor.

1. Lifts: Built mostly of metal and containing lots of heavy electrical equipment, lifts have a knack of blocking out mobile signals.
2. Basements: Basements usually have limited openings that are exposed to the ground level and this prevents radio signals from entering.
3. Hospitals: There are certain areas in hospitals which we are not allowed to install a base station due to the sensitivity of the medical equipment.
