In order to prevent bill shock and manage your credit, our service offers features to give you visibility over your usage of services, which include:
- Base plan usage notification at 50%, 85% and 100%
- Usage notifications for Data Boosts, if applicable
- Notification to inform you on our pay-as-you-go rates at $0.01/MB

Credit cap of $250
In accordance with our Billing and Payment Policy, all Circles.Life Monthly Plans have a credit cap of $250 to help you manage your credit. If your monthly bill has exceeded the cap, your access to local data, roaming and IDD services may be restricted without further notice.
During the restriction of these services, you will still be able to use your local calls and SMS, and will still be charged at the end of the month as per normal. To regain access to these restricted services, you must make the relevant payment via the Circles.Life App to reset your cap.
