If you turned Automatic Payments on, we’ll automatically deduct payment from your credit/debit card on file within 10 working days after the day the bill was sent. You won’t need to do anything. Just make sure that your card is valid and has sufficient balance. Easy!
If you turned off Automatic Payments, you’ll need to manually make payments for your monthly bills. We’ll send you a notification when it’s time! You'll then just need to use the 'Pay now' button to make payment immediately.
You can update your card details or update your Automatic Payments preference in the Circles.Life app > View Upcoming Bills
Your monthly bill will be sent to your registered email address within the first 10 working days of the month.
Always make sure that your credit/debit card details on file are always up to date! In the event that we are unable to charge your credit/debit card or you didn’t manually make the payment, you will receive an outstanding payment reminder.
A second attempt will be made to charge your credit/debit card in the next one to three business days. You can use the Pay Now option in the Circles.Life app > Bills menu to make payment immediately to clear your outstanding bills.
You might experience service disruption if there are consecutive payment failures.
