You'll receive your bill via email within the first 10 working days of the month.
You'll then be charged for your bill each month 10 working days after you receive your bill on the credit/debit card that you have on file if you’ve turned on Automatic Payments.
If you’ve got Automatic Payments turned off, then you will need to manually pay your bills through the Circles.Life app > Under 'Explore', tap 'Billing'> Current Bill. You'll receive a notification from us via email when payment is due!
Note: You can download bills from the past 12 months via the Circles.Life App. For bills older than 12 months, you may request for them by reaching out via Live Chat.
If you’d like us to resend your bill to your email, just request for it anytime through the Circles.Life app > View Upcoming Bills > Past Bills and hit Email for the bill you'd like to be resent to you.
All bills follow Sydney Time (AEST/AEDT)
