If you're roaming and you've enabled call forwarding, you may be charged for forwarded calls at the incoming roaming rate of the country you are roaming in.
For example, if you are roaming in Country A and you have call forwarding enabled, any calls that are redirected to another Australian number will still be charged at Country A's roaming incoming call rate (per minute).
If you have returned from your trip overseas, please make sure that you turn your phone on and off to ensure that you connect back to Circles.Life Australia to avoid any other roaming charges from call forwarding.
Note:
- Roaming is available for all new plans purchased AFTER 7 October 2021.
- If you are on the old Monthly Plan purchased BEFORE 7 October 2021:
- Roaming is only available on the 20GB and 100GB Monthly Plan. It is not available on the 8GB Monthly Plan. For more information, refer to these FAQs.
