How much does it cost to suspend my Circles.Life service?

We've got good news for you! You have full liberty to decide when you want to pause your plan.

In order to suspend your Circles.Life number, you should have:

• Already successfully paid at least 1 bill before; and
• No outstanding bills. Please clear any outstanding bills before requesting to suspend your account.

Pausing your plan can be scheduled on a monthly basis. For more information on when you can suspend your service, refer to this article. 

For new plans: 5GB, 30GB, 50GB, 100GB or 160GB (after 7 Oct 2021)

• There will be at no extra cost for your first request. Subsequent requests will be charged a flat fee of $10 each time.

For old plans: 8GB, 20GB, 100GB for $38 (before 7 Oct 2021)

• $10 upfront fee will be charged for every suspension request.
