You can submit your suspension request at any time before 12:00 pm Sydney Time (AEST/AEDT) on the last day of the month - but your suspension can only be scheduled for the start of the next calendar month. All service suspension will be effective at 7:00 pm Sydney Time (AEST/AEDT) on the last day of the month.
Please note that if you’ve already suspended your number previously, you will need to have completed 1 billing cycle before you can submit another request for suspension. You can schedule the suspension of your number up to 6 months in advance and depending on your plan:
For new plans (purchased after 7 Oct 2021)
- 5GB, 30GB, 50GB, 100GB or 160GB can be suspended up to 3 months
For old plans (purchased before 7 Oct 2021)
- 8GB, 20GB, 100GB for $38 can be suspended up to 12 months
