Taking a break from Australia? You can suspend your Circles.Life number while you’re at it so you’re not paying for the full plan price while you’re not using it!
Please note that to suspend your Circles.Life number, you should have:
- Already successfully paid at least 1 bill before; and
- No outstanding bills. Please clear any outstanding bills before requesting to suspend your account.
To schedule the suspension of your number, follow the steps below!
2. Scroll down to the Manage Order section and click ‘Pause my Plan’.
3. OTP will be sent to your Circles.Life number. Enter the OTP and click 'Verify'.
4. Fill in the relevant details. If you have more than one number, you can select the number you want to suspend from the drop-down list.
5. Select a suspension start-date from the dropdown list. Please note that if you would like to start the suspension from the next month, you’ll need to submit your request before 12pm Sydney Time(AEST/AEDT) on the last day of the current month.
6. Select your suspension end-date. This will be the month that your number will be reactivated.
7. After you’ve selected your suspension dates, the suspension fee will be displayed along with the credit/debit card details from which this fee will be deducted immediately once you’ve submitted your request. If you would like to use another card, you can update this in the Circles.Life app > Settings > Profile Update > Update Credit Card before you submit your suspension request.
8. You will be asked to confirm your suspension request. Please note that once the suspension fee has been successfully deducted after you’ve submitted a request, it cannot be refunded.
9. Once you’ve confirmed your suspension request, a success message will be displayed at the top of the screen and you’ll also receive a confirmation email from us.
10. You can view your active suspension requests in the same ‘Request Temporary Suspension’ section.
Note: If the upfront payment fails, the suspension won't be scheduled.
