My number transfer failed because its currently suspended / terminated with my old provider, what should I do?

Your number must be active in order for us to transfer it to Circles.Life. You'll need to reach out to your existing provider to find out how to reactivate your number! Once your number is reactivated, just reach out to us so that we can help you reinitiate the transfer of your number to Circles.Life.

And in case you were wondering, there's no charge to reinitiate the transfer of your number, but the transfer time frame starts again. That means it may take up to 48 hours depending on which provider you're transferring from. You'll only start getting charged when your number has been successfully transferred to Circles.Life.
