If the transfer of your number failed because you entered the wrong information when you requested to transfer your number, don't stress!
If you mistakenly keyed in the wrong type of number you have (postpaid/prepaid) or if you need to update your account number (if your number is prepaid), just head to Manage Order > Login > Click 'Reinitiate Port-in' and submit the correct details.

Easy peasy! And in case you were wondering, there's no charge to reinitiate the transfer of your number, but the transfer time frame starts again. That means it may take up to 48 hours depending on which provider you're transferring from. You'll only start getting charged when your number has been successfully transferred to Circles.Life.
