Before you request to transfer your number to Circles.Life, you'll need to make sure that your existing number is not inactive/suspended.
If you’re transferring a postpaid number, you’ll need your current telco account number when you sign up. Head here if you’re not sure where to get that!
If you’re transferring a prepaid number you’ll just need your birthdate!
Remember - don’t terminate your service with your current telco as we won't be able to transfer your number to Circles.Life then. Your service with your current telco will be automatically terminated once we've successfully transferred your number to Circles.Life. Just sit back and relax.
