If you’re transferring your number to Circles.Life:
Don’t insert your new SIM card just yet - your number hasn’t been transferred to Circles.Life!
1. Click on that link we sent to your email or head to Circles.Life > Manage Order to initiate the transfer. It’ll take between 4 - 48 hours for your number to be transferred once you’ve initiated it. Head here for more details.
2. Continue using your old SIM card until the transfer is complete. We’ll send you updates via email and text (to the email and number that you provided when you signed up). You’ll also know when the transfer is successful when your old SIM card stops working.
3. You should then switch to your new Circles.Life SIM card and download the Circles.Life app!

If you got a new number:
You just need to activate your SIM card!
1. Click on that link we sent to your email or head to Circles.Life website > Manage order to activate your SIM card. It'll take a few minutes (up to 2 hours) to activate your new number.
2. Download the Circles.Life app
3. Log in with your new number (we’ve sent this to you in an SMS and email)
