To contact us via the Circles.Life app, open the app, then click the question mark icon in the top right corner. From there you can select your contact channel. 'Live Chat' will give you the fastest response during our operating hours below: 

• 8:00am - 8.00pm AEDT (Monday to Friday)
• 8:00am - 5:00pm AEDT (Weekends & Public Holidays) 

Please note that we only accept Australia mobile numbers (without spaces, eg. 04xxxxxxxx) as part of the chat verification process.
