CirclesRoam Day Pass Billing

You will be charged for roaming under CirclesRoam Day Pass in the bill received in the month after the roaming data was used. This means that you will be charged for roaming used in  e.g. January in the bill received in February.

To see how much you've used:

• View Roaming section in your bill.

To see how much you've been charged:

• View Data Boosts - Payment Collected section in your bill.
• If you roamed during the previous month, you should see the appropriate charges being charged according to the calendar date it was incurred in (based on AEST/AEDT).

Note: Due to offline billing, please note that Roaming data used towards the end of the month might be charged in the bill received in the second month since the data was used.
