- Ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi before starting, as you will need to check your email for the eSIM profile while your physical SIM is deactivated.
- Go to Manage Order and select Request SIM Replacement.
- If you are swapping from a physical SIM to an eSIM, select I want to swap to an eSIM as your reason for replacement.
- Make sure to check your device is eSIM compatible before continuing! Incompatible devices will not be able to install the eSIM.
- If your device is eSIM compatible, go ahead and confirm the swap.
- Voila! You should receive an email titled "[Circles Life] Your eSIM QR Code" enclosing a QR code for you to scan to install you brand new eSIM! Enjoy!
