My invoice is password-protected. How do I view my invoice?

We’ve added an extra layer of security to protect your personal information. From June 1 2023, to access your invoices you will need to provide a password. But don’t worry, it’s easy to remember - it’s just your birth date in the format DDMMYYYY.  

Example: If your DOB is 3rd April 1990, your password will be 03041990. This new security feature applies to all new invoices from June 1 2023.
