Why might my total remaining data balance differ from my recharge balance?

While using your prepaid plan, you might receive notifications from us saying:

"You now have <data amount>GB data left from your recharge for <your number>.

Total remaining data balance : <data amount>GB"

If your total data balance differs from the amount of data left in your recharge, don't be alarmed. This is because you still have data from your base plan that is still valid for use.
