What happens when my recharge expires?

If your recharge has expired, regardless of how much data is left:

• You won’t be able to access data, make outgoing calls and send SMS
• You will still be able to receive incoming calls and SMS for another 30 days

Any unused allowances will not roll over to the next recharge.

You’ll have 30 days to recharge from the day that the recharge expires. If you don’t recharge, your service will be deactivated and you’ll lose your number.
