I have paid my outstanding bills, why is my service still inactive?

Fret not if you notice that you don’t seem to have SIM service even after paying your overdue bills.

We temporarily suspended your service to prevent you from having to pay further charges as you might have exceeded your PAYG cap.

In order to get your service up and running, simply pay for your current bill in advance via your Circles Life app.
